Internal Due Diligence – a real driver to success

 

Over many years of experience both as a senior level employee and an advisor I have developed a tested and effective method of digging deep into a company to uncover opportunities for growth in many areas. I call it: Internal Due Diligence

 

​This is my hallmark service whereby I perform a top to bottom review of an enterprise's operational structure –– everything – no stone is left unturned. More often than not this process uncovers revenue improvement and operational efficiencies not readily apparent to 'insiders' who are so close to the day-to-day that they cannot look outside the rigors of their daily responsibilities. In the process I always look at the strengths and weaknesses of staff and structures as foundations that may be impeding growth and offer solid direction as to how to ameliorate these issues. Unless management indicates they have a very specific target to attack I take a holistic approach and go through every department, piece by piece.

A great strategy can easily be torpedoed by poor tactical execution and is a recipe for disaster. I place immense focus and importance in assisting clients to execute flawlessly.
